Generating leads doesn't only work online. Before the internet comes people are already generating

list of prospect through offline media such as newspapers, magazine, books, etc.

Do you remember when you a buy magazine, there was a fill-up form attached to it that you had to

mail it back to the publisher when you have comments, suggestion and subscription on the magazine. 

It's an example on generating leads offline.
